Audio Release for Media

By submitting my Voicemail message to FTM Media Pty Ltd, I consent to the following:

  1. FTM Media Pty Ltd (Producer)The Producer has the right to capture my voice and any other sounds I produce (Recording) for utilisation in the Podcast entitled Among The Missing (Program).

  2. The Producer will have the irrevocable right to:

    1. edit and delete content from the Recording to create the Program;

    2. modify the order of the events in the Program;

    3. make any alterations to the Recording or the Program that the Producer desires in their complete discretion, including (but not limited to) incorporating the Recording with other materials; and

    4. perform any or all actions or omissions which would otherwise infringe upon my moral rights as a performer. This permission is granted for the Producer’s benefit and the benefit of their licensees, assignees, and future owners of copyright in my recorded performance.

  3. I acknowledge that:

    1. the Producer holds all rights (including copyright) in the Recording;

    2. the Producer is not obligated to include the Recording in the Program; and

    3. any utilisation the Producer makes of the Recording is an authorised use. I release the Producer from any liability to me for any infringement of my rights resulting from the Producer’s usage of the Recording, including (but not limited to) claims under tort law, contract law, and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and equivalent state and territory legislation.

  4. I agree that I will not be entitled to any recognition or remuneration for my performance in the Program.

  5. I declare that I have the full authority to enter into the release contained in this document (Release) and that the terms of this Release do not conflict with any existing commitment on my part.

     

  6. The Producer to their licensees and assignees will have the right to:

    1. exploit the Program and the Recording in any and all media and methods of communication to the public, whether the media is currently known or developed in the future; and

    2. use my name, photographic or other likeness, voice, or other information about me to publicise and promote the Program.
